Building New Hope sought to better understand trends within its donor and customer data to improve retention rates and gain insights into how product sales contribute to community impact. By analyzing historical donor and customer data, this project aimed to identify behavioral patterns, highlight key drivers of retention, and provide data-informed recommendations for strengthening engagement with supporters.
